Outpatient Visit Information

For First-Time Visitors

Most health issues occur unexpectedly. For this reason, no appointment is required for first-time visits. Please come directly to the reception desk to complete the initial registration.

However, depending on the department, there may be days without consultation or sudden closures due to emergencies. Please check the consultation schedule in advance or confirm by phone before visiting.

Our hospital has 300 beds, which classifies it as a facility with 200 beds or more under Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 496. Therefore, a referral letter from your primary doctor is required for general and specialty outpatient visits.

If you visit without a referral letter, an additional 1,650 yen (tax included) will be charged as a special fee.

For Returning Patients

To reduce waiting times, follow-up visits require an appointment. Please discuss the next appointment with your doctor during your visit.

Changing or Canceling Appointments

・Appointment changes are not available on weekends, holidays, or year-end/New Year holidays.
・Same-day appointment changes cannot be accepted.
・Patients who arrive on time will be prioritized.

For Patients with a Referral Letter

Please bring your referral letter when visiting. We also operate as an open system hospital in cooperation with nearby medical institutions.
