General Check-Up　¥5,282 (tax included)
※ An additional charge of ¥4,400 (tax included) applies if switching to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Eligible participants: Insured persons of the Association (ages 35–74)
【Those turning 75 during the fiscal year must complete the exam before their birthday.】
Reception hours: Please confirm at the time of booking.
Available days: Monday through Friday (up to the 20th of each month)
※ Optional examinations cannot be added.
※ Gastroscopy under sedation is not available.

General Check-Up Contents
Physical Measurements	Height, weight, obesity index, BMI, waist circumference
Physiological Tests	Blood pressure, ECG, heart rate, visual acuity, hearing (1,000Hz/4,000Hz)
X-Ray	Chest X-ray (frontal), Upper GI series or endoscopy (choice)
Biochemistry	ALP, AST, ALT, γ-GTP, Creatinine, Uric acid, eGFR, Cholesterols (Total, HDL, LDL), Triglycerides, Fasting glucose, HbA1c
Hematology	Red/white blood cells, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC
Urinalysis	Protein, glucose, occult blood
Stool Test	Occult blood (2-day collection)
Physical Exam	Visual inspection, palpation, auscultation, etc.

Cervical Cancer	¥970 (tax included) Eligible: Females aged 36–74 at even-numbered ages
