Lifestyle Disease Prevention Check-Up (Japan Health Insurance Association)

Lifestyle Disease Prevention Check-Up information is available for insured persons of the Japan Health Insurance Association. Please review the fee, eligibility, available days, examination contents, add-on screenings, and reservation details below.

General Check-Up　¥5,282 (tax included)
※ An additional charge of ¥4,400 (tax included) applies when switching to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Eligible participants: Insured persons of the Association, ages 35–74
【Those turning 75 during the fiscal year must complete the examination before their birthday.】
Reception hours: Please confirm when making a reservation.
Available days: Monday through Friday, up to the 20th of each month
※ Optional examinations cannot be added.
※ Gastroscopy under sedation is not available.

General Check-Up Contents
Physical Measurements	Height, weight, obesity index, BMI, waist circumference
Physiological Tests	Blood pressure, ECG, heart rate, visual acuity, hearing (1,000Hz/4,000Hz)
X-Ray	Chest X-ray (frontal), Upper GI series or endoscopy (choice)
Biochemistry	ALP, AST, ALT, γ-GTP, Creatinine, Uric acid, eGFR, Cholesterols (Total, HDL, LDL), Triglycerides, Fasting glucose, HbA1c
Hematology	Red/white blood cells, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC
Urinalysis	Protein, glucose, occult blood
Stool Test	Occult blood (2-day collection)
Physical Exam	Visual inspection, palpation, auscultation, etc.

Add-On Examinations

★ Milestone Health Check-Up (¥2,689)
Eligible	Ages 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70
Contents	Fundus photography, Pulmonary function, Abdominal ultrasound, urinary sediment, biochemistry (TP, Alb, T-Bil, Amylase, LDH), and platelets/differential count
★ Cancer Screenings
Breast Cancer	Ages 40–48 (2-view): ¥1,574 / Ages 50–74 (1-view): ¥1,013 Eligible: Females at even-numbered ages
Cervical Cancer	¥970 (tax included) Eligible: Females aged 36–74 at even-numbered ages

Cervical Cancer Screening (Standalone)

Fee / Eligible	¥970 (tax included) / Females aged 20–38 at even-numbered ages
Reception	9:10 AM – 9:30 AM (Mon, Wed, Fri only)
Contents	Cervical cytology + pelvic examination
