Medical Consultation (For Patients and Families)

Medical Consultation is available through the Community Liaison Office for patients and families who have concerns or worries about medical care, hospitalization, discharge, or daily life after treatment.

Role of the Community Liaison Office

The Community Liaison Office is staffed by nurses, medical social workers (MSWs), and administrative personnel. We support patients and their families by listening to their concerns and helping them find the appropriate next steps.

We also accept medical consultations by appointment in principle. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss your situation. For details, please refer to the information below.

What You Can Discuss

Patients and families can consult with the Community Liaison Office about concerns related to medical care, hospital visits, hospitalization, discharge, and available support. Nurses, medical social workers (MSWs), and administrative personnel will listen to each situation and help guide the next steps.

If you would like to use Medical Consultation, please contact the consultation desk in advance whenever possible. Appointments are prioritized, and consultations are free of charge.
