The Department of Neurology provides comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, and neuro-immunological disorders, as well as degenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

For stroke care, we collaborate closely with Neurosurgery as a unified Stroke Center, ensuring continuous care from the hyperacute phase to chronic management.

We also specialize in disorders of the spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles, using advanced diagnostic techniques such as nerve conduction studies.

◯ Stroke Care

We provide hyperacute treatments such as intravenous t-PA therapy and neuroendovascular therapy. Post-acute care includes rehabilitation and long-term outpatient follow-up.

◯ Specialized Referrals

For epilepsy, neuro-immunological diseases, and neuromuscular disorders, we collaborate with advanced specialized institutions when necessary.

◯ Degenerative Diseases

For Parkinson’s disease and dementia, we provide comprehensive care including medication management and home environment adjustments in collaboration with community services.
