For Future Healthcare Professionals — Second-Year Junior High School Students Participate in a Hospital Experience Program
On August 2, Kano General Hospital held a “Hospital Experience Tour” for second-year students from a nearby junior high school.
The students visited various areas of the hospital, including the operating room, X-ray room, pharmacy dispensing room, clinical laboratory, and treatment room. Medical staff introduced them to various medical procedures, and the students also took part in simulated medical experiences.
Many of the students hope to pursue careers in healthcare in the future, and it was impressive to see how seriously and attentively they participated. To protect their personal information, we are unable to publish photographs of the students; however, seeing them learn with such enthusiasm and curiosity also gave our staff great encouragement and energy.
Kano General Hospital will continue to actively engage in community contribution activities that help nurture the future of healthcare together with members of our local community.
