Changes to the Hospital’s Mask-Wearing Policy
Effective Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the mask-wearing policy within the hospital will change.
Until now, we have asked everyone to wear a mask while inside the hospital. However, as the infection situation has stabilized, the decision to wear a mask within the hospital will now be left to each individual, including patients, visitors, healthcare professionals, and all others entering the hospital.
However, we ask that you wear a mask in the following situations:
- If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, sore throat, or sneezing.
- Depending on a patient’s condition, hospital staff may ask you to wear a mask.
- Depending on the prevalence of infectious diseases, we may ask you to wear a mask. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
