On April 1st, our organization held its new employee welcome ceremony, welcoming 63 new staff members across the entire organization. Each new member arrived with an expression of anticipation mixed with nervousness, representing the future of healthcare at our institution.

During the ceremony, our Chairman delivered congratulatory remarks with the message: “Let us together build a hospital that is trusted and chosen by our community.” The new staff members will now take their first steps as healthcare professionals through a series of dedicated training programs.
