AI Medical Questionnaire

Our hospital has been using “Ubie,” an AI-powered pre-consultation questionnaire system, since March 2020. With “Ubie,” the AI automatically determines the most appropriate follow-up questions based on the symptoms and information provided by the patient.
The system is easy to use on a computer, tablet, or your own smartphone, so you can complete it conveniently from home or anywhere else. We encourage you to use it as a pre-visit questionnaire before coming to the hospital.

Who Should Use It

• Patients visiting our hospital for the first time
• Patients who have not visited in 3 or more months
• Patients experiencing symptoms different from previous visits
• Patients with fever symptoms

• You may also complete the AI questionnaire upon arriving at the hospital.
