Eligible participants: Those aged 40–74 holding a My Number Card and a specific health check-up voucher.
Reception hours: Please confirm at the time of booking.
Available days: Monday through Friday (up to the 20th of each month)
※ Not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or year-end/New Year holidays.

| Physical Examination | Visual inspection, palpation, auscultation and percussion, etc. |
| Medical Interview | A physician will inquire about your health status and lifestyle habits (such as alcohol consumption and smoking). |
