Osaka City National Health Insurance One-Day Medical Check-Up
The NHI Check-Up is a one-day medical check-up for eligible Osaka City National Health Insurance participants. First, please check your age group, fee, required items, and available appointment days.
Next, review the examination contents listed below. The course includes basic measurements, imaging, blood tests, urine tests, stool testing, and a results consultation with a physician.
Ages 30-39: ¥14,000 tax included
※ An additional charge of ¥4,400 tax included applies if switching to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
Ages 40-74: ¥10,000 tax included
NHI Check-Up Fees and Eligibility
Eligible participants include people aged 40-74 who have a My Number Card and a specific health check-up voucher. People aged 30-39 need a valid My Number Card.
Reception hours: Please confirm at the time of booking.
Available days: Monday through Friday, up to the 20th of each month
※ Not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or year-end/New Year holidays.

| Serology | Blood tests for inflammation, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and related items |
| Urinalysis | Protein, glucose, occult blood, specific gravity, pH, urobilinogen, bilirubin, and ketone bodies |
| Stool Test | Occult blood test, immunological method, 2-day collection |
| Results Consultation | Finally, a physician conducts an interview, physical examination, and explanation of results. |
