Hospitalization Costs

1. Admission Deposit

At the time of admission, regardless of the length of stay, we collect a deposit of ¥70,000 (with some exceptions, such as self-pay admissions). (Excludes recipients of public assistance.)

Please be aware that patients from whom a deposit has not been collected and who are unable to settle their bill at the time of discharge will be required to make a partial payment of their hospitalization costs before leaving the hospital.

2. Billing for Hospitalization Costs

Invoices for hospitalization costs are issued once a month, covering charges from the 1st to the last day of the month, and will be distributed around the 15th of the following month.

3. Invoices

Invoices will be delivered to your room. Please pay at the Accounting Desk on the 1st floor (Windows (4) and (5)) on the same day you receive the invoice.

If you have any preferences regarding the delivery of invoices or payment methods, please let us know.

4. Room Rate Differences

We offer two types of rooms: shared rooms and private rooms. Shared rooms accommodate four patients, and no additional room charge applies.
Private room rates are as follows:

Standard Private Room	¥17,600 (tax included)
Special Private Room	¥38,500 (tax included)
Premium Special Private Room	¥55,000 (tax included)

Private room charges are billed on a per-day basis.
One day is defined as 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
(Example) If a patient is admitted at 9:45 PM and discharged at 10:00 AM the following day, charges for two days will apply.
