Nutrition Department
Department Introduction
In the Nutrition Department, our staff of registered dietitians, nutritionists, and cooks manage both “Nutritional Management” and “Food Service Management.” We are dedicated to supporting patient recovery through balanced and therapeutic meals tailored to individual medical needs.
Services
Nutritional Management
Based on physician instructions, our registered dietitians provide essential dietary guidance for both inpatients and outpatients. We offer personalized advice considering each patient’s medical condition, age, gender, and lifestyle habits.
Meal Provision
We strive daily to provide meals that are “delicious, easy to eat, and served at the right temperature.” Our department utilizes heated/chilled meal delivery carts to ensure food safety and quality.
Meals are provided in various forms—including minced, pureed, and allergen-free options—to match each patient’s swallowing ability and preferences.
