We provide skilled care for limb injuries and fractures. Our department also has strong expertise in spinal conditions such as lower back pain, disc herniation, and degenerative scoliosis, as well as joint conditions including knee pain and rheumatoid arthritis.
Department Structure
Affiliated with Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University, we are a training facility designated by the Japanese Orthopedic Association. Our team consists of three full-time board-certified physicians and four part-time specialists, covering everything from acute trauma to chronic conditions.
Treatment Philosophy
For trauma, we prioritize surgical intervention for joint fractures to minimize functional impairment. For spinal and joint conditions, we emphasize thorough conservative treatment first, followed by minimally invasive endoscopic surgery if necessary. Our experienced therapists begin rehabilitation the day after surgery to ensure a smooth recovery.
Conditions We Treat
Trauma
We treat a full range of fractures, dislocations, sprains, and tendon ruptures. We utilize ultrasound therapy for comminuted fractures to accelerate healing.
Spinal Conditions
We specialize in minimally invasive procedures using state-of-the-art full HD spinal endoscopy, such as Microendoscopic Discectomy (MED) and Laminectomy (MEL).
Osteoporosis
Using DEXA imaging and blood tests, we tailor drug therapy (oral, IV, or subcutaneous) to each patient. Early diagnosis is crucial for preventing future fractures.
