On Friday, May 8, our organization held a welcome reception for new employees, attended by 63 new staff members and senior management. Chairman Kano and Hospital Director Kubota each delivered a message offering guidance on the mindset expected of new working professionals, and encouraging the new staff to reflect on how they have felt during their first month since joining.
Each new employee then took to the stage to introduce themselves, and their confident, spirited speeches left us with a strong sense that every one of them is ready to grow.
During the networking reception that followed, staff enjoyed food and drinks, engaged in conversation with senior management, and took commemorative group photos — creating a warm and lively atmosphere throughout the evening.
Together with our new colleagues, we are all committed to continuing our own growth.
