In addition, we help patients and families move smoothly between outpatient care, inpatient care, discharge planning, and recovery support.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"KoteiPage_SubTitle\">Main Services<\/h3>\n<p class=\"KoteiPage_Text\">Our department coordinates medical care so that referrals and examinations can proceed as smoothly as possible.<\/p>\n<div class=\"Pg_TextBlock\">\n<ul class=\"Pg_InfoList\">\n<li class=\"Pg_InfoList_Item\">Coordination of inpatient and outpatient appointments, including same-day visits.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Pg_InfoList_Item\">Reservation management for detailed examinations, such as MRI, CT, and endoscopy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Pg_InfoList_Item\">Support for hospital transfers and post-discharge life planning.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Pg_InfoList_Item\">Consultations regarding patient care, recuperation, and recovery after discharge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"KoteiPage_SubTitle\">Support for Medical Institutions<\/h3>\n<p class=\"KoteiPage_Text\">For referrals from local medical institutions, please contact the Community Liaison Department.
