For this reason, <strong>no appointment is required for first-time visits<\/strong>. Please come directly to the reception desk to complete the initial registration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Pg_Para\">However, depending on the department, there may be days without consultation or sudden closures due to emergencies. Please check the consultation schedule in advance or confirm by phone before visiting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Pg_Para\">Our hospital has <strong>300 beds<\/strong>, which classifies it as a facility with <strong>200 beds or more<\/strong> under Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 496. Therefore, <strong>a referral letter from your primary doctor<\/strong> is required for general and specialty outpatient visits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Pg_Para\">If you visit <strong>without a referral letter<\/strong>, an additional <strong>1,650 yen (tax included)<\/strong> will be charged as a special fee.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"KoteiPage_SubTitle KoteiPage_SubTitle--sub\">For Returning Patients<\/h4>\n<p class=\"Pg_Para\">To reduce waiting times, <strong>follow-up visits require an appointment<\/strong>.
